Group Work

Group work involves facilitating therapeutic interventions and interactions within a group setting, typically consisting of 5 to 15 members. The group may focus on specific themes such as anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, grief, interpersonal skills, or personal growth. Group work offers a supportive, collaborative, and transformative experience where members can learn, grow, and heal together in a structured and facilitated environment.

Cost: $50 per session/ $250 pay in full

This is an educational group to help people learn to reconnect with nature. The group is held outside at a local park and focuses on an understanding of the wisdom of nature.
