New Location - Starting August 17th 〰️

Dear Clients,

Beginning August 17th, all in-person sessions scheduled on or after this date will take place at the new location. Virtual appointments will continue as usual with no changes.

New Office Address: 2816 NW 57th Street Suite 104, Oklahoma City, OK 73112

The new location is approximately a 15-minute drive from my previous office. There is some construction happening around May and NW Expressway that could delay your drive. There is parking available in front of suite and in various areas around the building. As you enter the suite, please have a seat and I will come get you at your scheduled appointment time.

If you have any questions or concerns about the transition, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to support you and want this move to be as smooth as possible. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. I’m excited to continue working together in my new space.

Warmly, Sarah W

Become your most authentic self

Having a hard time trusting yourself or feeling confident? We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. It can be difficult to put ourselves first in a world full of opinions and pressures of your family, friends, society, and don’t forget social media. It may leave you feeling like the universe is against you, like you think you’re doing everything “right” but everything feels so “wrong.” Imagine a life with freedom from the opinions and judgments of others. It can be a painful and daunting task to separate your beliefs/values from those around you, this is called healthy detachment. This is not a selfish endeavor as many may think; it is the path to self-love and inner peace.

Improve your relationship with others

There seems to be an art to being a human who desires deep connection with others. A balancing act between managing our own needs and the needs of our relationships. The reality is that we teach others how to treat us by being assertive and maintaining our own boundaries. When you are grounded within yourself, alone and with others, this leads to cultivating deep and lasting friendships and relationships.

If you feel guided to work with me, I would be honored to partner with you on this journey. Please request a free 25-minute consult!
