Insurance & Billing
As a convenience, we are able to submit claims for all insurances that I am in network with including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Healthcare Highways, Healthchoice, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, and WebTPA. All co-pays and deductibles are due at the time services are rendered. I can provide you a superbill for insurance that I am not able to bill directly. I accept flex spending and health savings cards and can give a receipt for services. I accept private pay as well.
